Ingredo.app for sulphite sensitivity
Turn on Sulphur dioxide & sulphites and Ingredo.app hard-blocks every declared source on any food you scan, citing the source behind each flag. Because we cannot detect trace amounts or cross-contamination, the physical label stays authoritative.
Allergen profiles are a hard block, not a soft caution — a declared source turns the verdict to "avoid" outright, rather than nudging the score.
Where an ingredient cannot be verified, the result degrades to "couldn’t verify — check the label". A safety flag never silently becomes a pass.
