These terms govern your use of the Ingredo app. This is a draft for our upcoming launch and will be finalised before public release. By using Ingredo, you agree to these terms.

What Ingredo is

Ingredo helps you scan food and cosmetic products and shows a health and safety score, personalised to the conditions and diets you choose. It is an informational tool.

Not medical advice

Ingredo provides information, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. If you have a severe allergy or a medical condition, always confirm with a professional and do not rely on the app alone.

The label is authoritative

Ingredient and product data can be incomplete or out of date, and we cannot detect trace amounts or cross-contamination. The physical product label is always the authoritative source. Always read it, especially if you have an allergy.

Your account

Ingredo uses an anonymous account to store your settings. You are responsible for the device on which the app is installed.

Intellectual property

The Ingredo name, app, and content are ours or our licensors'. Product data is sourced from Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts under their respective licences.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ingredo is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union.
